Chocolate Made in Bulgaria Since 1991
Founded in 1991 in Gabrovo, Stancho Kolev is an established Bulgarian chocolate manufacturer producing high-quality chocolate for our own brands and private label partners around the world.
Our 18,000 m² chocolate factory in Gabrovo, Bulgaria operates six automated production lines, supported by an experienced team of technologists, engineers and skilled chocolate makers.
With a monthly production capacity of up to 1.5 million boxes of chocolates and 3 million chocolate bars, we combine more than three decades of experience with modern chocolate manufacturing.
Today, Koleff Chocolatier chocolate products reach more than 30 countries worldwide, including markets across Europe, North America and Asia.
Boxes of Chocolates & Pralines
From classic assortments to premium gift boxes, we produce a wide variety of milk and dark chocolate pralines with hazelnut, peanut, truffle, walnut, coffee, coconut and other fillings.
Our production capabilities include different formats and packaging options, as well as private label chocolate manufacturing tailored to the requirements of our partners.
Chocolate Bars
Our chocolate bar range includes milk chocolate, dark chocolate and chocolate with nuts in a variety of recipes and formats.
The Koleff Chocolatier range features dark chocolate with different cocoa percentages, alongside classic milk chocolate and nut varieties. We also manufacture chocolate bars for international private label brands.
Filled Chocolates
Rich fillings wrapped in fine chocolate - from caramel and fruit centres to hazelnut and cream varieties in bars and formats for retail shelves and gift occasions.
We develop filled chocolate recipes and packaging options for our own brands and private label partners, with the same focus on taste, consistency and scalable manufacturing in Gabrovo.
No Added Sugar Chocolate
We operate a dedicated production line for no added sugar and sugar-free chocolate products, offering an alternative for consumers looking to reduce their sugar intake without giving up the pleasure of chocolate.
Our range includes milk and dark chocolate varieties developed with carefully selected sugar alternatives while preserving the rich taste and texture expected from Koleff Chocolatier chocolate.
Biscuits
No added sugar. Crisp biscuits with rich cocoa and buttery flavour - crafted for everyday enjoyment and private label partners alike.
Our biscuit range complements the Koleff Chocolatier chocolate portfolio with the same focus on taste, consistency and scalable manufacturing in Gabrovo.
Chocolate Creams
Our chocolate and nut cream range includes almond, hazelnut and peanut creams - rich, smooth spreads made for everyday enjoyment and private label partners alike.
Produced in Gabrovo with the same attention to taste and consistency as our chocolate bars and pralines, Koleff Chocolatier creams are available in formats suited to retail shelves and custom brand manufacturing.
